Felt Strawberry Hairpin

Spent all a little time made this felt strawberry hair pin for my daughter. Found she loves pretty things, especially hair accessories. I shall made more items for her if she likes it :)

Smiling Cat thumb drive casing

How do I gain this casing or storing idea? Well it started when I pay a visit to a local IT shop. In the shop I saw a variety of casing for pen drive/ thumb drive/ usb flash drive. It triggers me!

After came home that evening, I spent some time drafting on paper and making it later.

1. I started with a cat face drawing
2. Then measure the size of thumb drive that I have
3. Trace the size and image of the smiling cat on felt and cut the pieces accordingly
4. Sew the cat face
5. Stuff in polyester in the face pieces
6. Sew the cat body to the back of the face

The case size approximately is 2.5 x 1 inches, which can easily fit in an old huge model of pen drive that I have.

Suddenly another brilliant idea came to my mind, I can actually use this case to keep my earrings or other accessories. I can use it as a gift wrap too~

4yo birthday present 2nd part

I did not make it to continue my craft as planned on Wednesday. Anyway, last night after my late dinner, I manage to cut out my template and trace them on respective color felt. I think they took me less than 10 minutes to cut out from paper template, another 10 minutes to trace and extra 10 minutes to cut out from felt.

So this is how Barney puppet looks like when all the felt were placed accordingly. Haha, sorry for my ugly hat drawing..

So for the following days, I will start sewing all the felt together and the puppet will be ready as present~

4 year old birthday present

In 10 days time will be little worm's 4 year old birthday.

For the past 2 weeks, I was struggling what to give her as birthday present. Last year, I made her a felt birthday cake. Glad to see the cake slices and fruit deco were on the toy plates from time to time ^^

This year I had planned something else. Since she loves to watch Barney show, most probably I will make her a Barney hand puppet to play with her brother and sister. :D

Custom Made Santa Hats

Still remember my Santa Hats order? Well, after 3 days working on it (after my kids went to bed), finally I have completed all 125 hats! A clap for myself (haha...)

First batch sent to Cass

I had sent the first batch to Cass last Monday and she had put the hats on her fuzzies! Cilck here to purchase if you interested!

Felt Breakfast Set Bookmark

How long you never heard about bookmark? Haha... it has been ages to me actually since I started online reading.

Wanted to make something more interesting for my craft store and got this idea from etsy where most of the people make them as brooch, key chain, play food etc.

Well, here you go, here is the mini felt breakfast set bookmark, is a good idea for gift right?

Felt chess set with colors - follow up

Still remember few months back I had share my felt chess set with colors?

Since after posting that sharing, I did few more changes on the chess to make them look better. Wow, they took me so long to complete them and I really had to motivate myself to keep on re-doing them until I get something more presentable that I think is fine to sell to customer.

I started with the design without cotton, then tried again with the cotton...

The third version I had was 3 layers felt with running stitches, the output really disappointing...

The fourth version I did was removed all my previous stitches and re-sew them with blanket stitch, finally they looks more 3D and easier to play with.

Let's look at the final version of the chess set and I really hope you like them ^^

A small little pocket to keep the chess and can be folded like a wallet and is very convenient for you to carry :)

Still remember some time ago I made a chess set? It was very dull and boring too! Joanne invited me to re-do the chess and I had made some test sample. Looks like I am having a great move for it!

Added some cotton so now is easier to pick up compare to first design

Are you an apple lover? If yes, then you should buy my newly created red apple felt hair pin.

Custome Made Owl Handphone Case and Hair Pin - Adopted

Finally I have finished 2 out of 3 orders with owl as design.

The owl with flower brooch is a hair pin while the other is the hand phone casing. All these owls share the same design base and I have enhance a little bit using different decoration items.













The hair pin measurement is approximately 1.5" X 2".
I have use 3 felt colors: pink, white and dark brown to make this owl hair pin.

The hand phone case measurement is about 2.75" X 5.25".
While for the hand phone casing, I have dark brown as base (indicated for the tree color), pink and white for the owl, and the green leaf and flowers are deco.

Both of them are adopted. If you wish to have your own custom made products, please give me a message and I am happy to sew them for you. ^^

Felt Chess Set

Promised Joanne that I will post my new felt craft tonight so she can have a quick view on it^^ So here you are!
I had spent my baby sitting free time last week to make this felt chess set and it took me more than a week to complete it. This felt chess set is 100% handmade and sew with a lot of patient and love.

Maybe you feel the color is too soft and you prefer some other colors, feel free to let me know and I will custom made accordingly. Please allow me to have 2-3 weeks time to complete it as I can only make it after my office hours.

The measurement of the set is about 10 x 10 inches. The price will be from RM100 to RM120 for a complete set. Do drop me a message if you have further queries.

答应Joanne小妹要让她看看我的西洋棋，这就给大家上载棋盘的一角， 让大家过过瘾^^ 这幅棋花了我不少的时间， 所以价钱不菲， 大家要有心理准备， 呵呵。。。

这个棋盘100%手工制作。 从裁剪到缝制， 一针、一针的缝。 一开始也没什么计划要用什么颜色配搭， 等做出部分的棋子才发现用的颜色太素了。

有兴趣想订做的话， 大概要给我2-3星期的时间缝制。 也请让我知道喜欢的颜色^^ 价钱大概是RM100到RM120之间。 棋盘尺寸是10 x 10寸， 每颗棋子尺寸则是大约1 X 1寸。
